NYSED RSS

Subscribe to the NYSED's RSS feeds and get news delivered directly to your desktop! What is a RSS (Real Simple Syndication) news feed? RSS news feeds allow you to get the latest news without having to visit a particular website. News readers "subscribe" to news feeds, which means they download lists of stories at an interval that you specify (every 30 minutes, for example), and present them to you in your news reader.

In order to subscribe to a RSS news feed, you will need a news reader. Performing a search for "RSS Feed Readers" in any major online search engine such as Google.com or Yahoo! will produce a slew of software options — many of which are free or at little cost. There are feed readers that you install on your PC or there are feed readers that are web-based.

Once you've obtained a feed reader, subscribing to a RSS feed is simple. Listed below are the available NYSED news feeds. We will be adding to our News Feeds list. Simply copy the URL/shortcut Web "address" of the page that corresponds to the topic that interests you. Then paste the URL it into your feed reader. The software will then automatically retrieve and display the latest information.
